​PERSONAL:

Dr. Jay grew up in Packanack Lake and he married his high school sweetheart Lisa. They have four children and four grandchildren.. His oldest son is a chiropractor on the west coast. 

​

All his children and grandchildren were adjusted at birth and continue to get checked and adjusted on a regular basis.  They all enjoy a healthy life and give the credit to getting regular chiropractic  adjustments.

​

Dr. Jay began working at Merritt Chiropractic Office in 1986 and purchased the practice in 1991. This is the same office where he became a patient at five years old.

​

Merritt Chiropractic Office has proudly served the community since the 1950s. Dr. Jay has been caring for patients since 1986, dedicating his career to helping individuals and families achieve better health through chiropractic care and a natural, whole-body approach to healing.

​

Dr. Jay has recently transitioned ownership of Merritt Chiropractic Office to Dr. Rammey Arsheed, who now leads and operates the practice. While Dr. Jay has reduced his hours, he continues to see patients because of his deep love for chiropractic and the meaningful relationships he has built over the years. He remains very much a part of the practice and looks forward to continuing to support patients on their wellness journeys.
